We believe it is fair to say that 20 days is enough time to decide if you like this Gucci watch or not. Thus, we allow 20 days from the delivery date for any return or exchanges on your watch. If you require a longer time for returns or exchange, please arrange it at the time of your purchase.
Watches that have been worn or altered from their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged. If you intend to return or exchange your watch, please do not wear, size, or alter the watch. All watch packaging such as the box, manuals, warranty cards,
must be in its brand new condition. Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged. At the time of your order, we will let you know if the item is a special order.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 to any address within the contiguous US states. This does not include Alaska and Hawaii.
