Watches that have been worn or altered from their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged. If you intend to return or exchange your watch, please do not wear, size, or alter the watch. All watch packaging such as the box, manuals, warranty cards, must be in its brand new condition. Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged. At the time of your order, we will let you know if the item is a special order.
